Finders Keepers?

Archaeologists used to dig in old Native American grave sites for interesting artifacts like arrowheads, rattles, and masks.  This made Native Americans feel like they were being robbed.  The U.S. government passed a law in 1990 that made it illegal to look for or take these objects anymore.  Any person who already had these objects had to give them back.
