Indiana is home to the meat-eating pitcher plant. Don't worry, though, it only eats insects, spiders, and occasionally small frogs! Inside the plant's tubular-shaped leaves are hairs that point downward. Creatures that climb into the leaves are trapped by the hairs! Fluid at the bottom of the tube contains digestive juices that consume the plant's prey!
