War in Indiana

General George Rogers Clark marched into Indiana with his troops in 1778 to win Fort Sackville from the British.  The British quickly won the fort back, and Clark and his troops retreated.  Clark attacked the fort again during the harsh winter of 1779 and defeated the British.  This victory made present-day Indiana part of America, and made Clark a hero!
