Writing a Summary

When your teacher asks you to research a topic and present the information to your class, you use evaluation and summarization skills. This module will help you practice those skills. Let's pretend your teacher has asked you to find an article and create a short presentation with Google Slides. You are not actually going to create the presentation, but you will submit the information in order to get credit for completing this lesson.

You'll complete the following steps:

Step 1: Scan the following 3 articles to evaluate them for reliability.

Step 2: Choose the one you think would be the best to use for research. Read it for understanding.

Step 3: Summarize the information into text boxes for your slideshow.
